What is OBIEE?


Oracle Corporation's OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) is a BI solution that gathers, stores, and analyses data for enterprise reports, dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analysis. OBIEE is a multi-server design that uses Siebel Analytics technology to segregate data access and analysis presentation parts.


Oracle OBlEE also includes a set of web-based tools for reporting and analyzing data centered on dashboards, which are made up of tables, graphs, and pivots, among other things. A rich end-user experience is also provided via the OBIEE BI tool.
